By downloading, installing, or using OurFamily ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You are granted a non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, in accordance with the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
OurFamily offers optional auto-renewable Premium subscriptions:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
The App stores all your data locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data through your device's backup features (such as iCloud Backup). We are not responsible for data loss.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
